30 Days of Homeschool: Day 8 – Fitness

(reminder – this is about free resources for homeschool, in 30 non-consecutive posts…meaning: there won’t be a post every day, but there will be 30 🙂 ).

PREFACE/ENCOURAGEMENT/PONTIFICATION: Fitness, working out, exercising, training – whatever you call it, it’s all for that goal of being able to do what you need to do. It doesn’t take a lot of space to work out. In martial arts I learned that you can practice your kata in the space of a sleeping tiger. The same goes for physical fitness. For the most part, the resources that I show below require no equipment – free, no equipment, little space required…what more can you ask for (except for someone else to exercise for you and YOU get the benefit…but that’s just wishful thinking)?
